  • It is advisable to wash your nose before eating or on an empty stomach to prevent vomiting.
  • After injecting saline into the nasal cavity, immediately blow your nose.
  • The equipment used for nasal irrigation must be clean, otherwise it will cause infection.

Finally, rinsing your nose with saline water cleanses out dirt inside your nose, reducing the number of germs, waste, and allergens. It can be done in both children and adults, and can be done frequently when your nose is congested, or 2-3 times a day, without any harm.
